I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff made all the difference - they were excellent! They were incredibly friendly and hardworking, always going the extra mile to ensure my comfort. The gardens and property were absolutely stunning, and it was clear that they were meticulously maintained. It created a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere that allowed me to relax and unwind completely. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located close to the famous coffee shop, so I could easily walk there and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee every morning.

The staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. They were always ready to assist us with any questions or concerns we had. The gardens and property were also beautiful and well-maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. And the free breakfast offered by the hotel was a nice touch, with a good variety of local and western dishes to choose from.
The rooms were a bit basic and could have been more comfortable. The facilities were lacking, with limited amenities and a lack of communication from management regarding things like food options and resort timings.

The hotel location is great with breathtaking mountain views and a serene atmosphere which is perfect for relaxation. the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always serving with a smile. One of the best aspects was the delicious food, a mixture of local and international dishes.
The lack of clear communication about the hotel policies and timings. It would have been helpful if the staff informed us about the availability of facilities, such as the restaurant and shuttle service.
